1. How to order?

To place an order, we require the buyer to fax or email us with a formal Purchase Order. The Buyer can as well ask for the seller to issue a proforma invoice. If the buyer requires a proforma invoice, we will ask the buyer to feed us with the following information;
Product information such as Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological and Packing requirements etc.)
Delivery time required.
Shipping information- Company name, Street address, Phone & Fax number, Tax ID numbers & Destination sea port.

 2. When can I get the price?
Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

3. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes.

4. Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?
Yes You can. Your Logo can be put on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating.

5. What is the lead time of production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. However we do take 7-10 days maximum to prepare the customer’s order.
