1. The operating environment of the air compressor shall be clean and dry. The air receiver must be placed in a well ventilated place, and no welding or hot working is allowed within a radius of 15m.

2. The air receiver and gas transmission pipeline shall be subject to hydrostatic test every two years, and the pressure gauge and safety valve shall be calibrated at least once a year.

3. The starting of the air compressor must be carried out under no load condition. After the normal operation, it will gradually enter into the load operation.

4. Before opening the air supply valve, the gas transmission pipeline should be connected well. The gas transmission pipeline should be kept unblocked, not twisted, and the relevant personnel should be informed before air supply. No one is allowed to work or stand before the air outlet. The air storage tank shall be placed in a ventilated place. It is strictly prohibited to expose to the sun or bake at high temperature.

5. The maximum pressure in the air receiver shall not exceed that specified on the nameplate, and the safety valve shall be sensitive and effective.

6. The inlet and outlet valves, bearings and components shall be free from abnormal sound or overheating.

7. In case of any of the following conditions, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and find out the causes before operation: water leakage, air leakage, electric leakage or sudden interruption of cooling water; The indicated value of pressure gauge, thermometer and ammeter exceeds the specified value; The exhaust pressure rises suddenly, and the exhaust valve and safety valve fail; The machine has abnormal noise or the motor brush has strong sparks.

8. If the cylinder is stopped due to overheating due to lack of water during operation, cold water cannot be added immediately. Water can only be added after the cylinder body naturally cools to below 60 ℃.

9. The replacement and installation of air compressor accessories, special oil and power supply wires must meet the requirements of the safety electricity specification. The repeated grounding is firm and the electric shock protector acts flexibly. In case of power failure during operation, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and restarted after the power is supplied.

10. During shutdown, unload the load first, and then separate the main clutch; Stop the operation of internal combustion engine or motor.

11. After the special oil for air compressor accessories is shut down, close the cooling water valve, open the air release valve, and discharge the oil, water and gas in coolers and air storage tanks at all levels. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, all parts shall be drained before leaving.

12. When using compressed air to purge parts, it is forbidden to aim the air outlet at the human body or other equipment.

Discharge the residual air in the air tank after work. The cooling water shall be drained from the special oil for air compressor accessories in winter.
