Fruit Crusher

Used for preliminarily crushing the selected fruit and vegetables and other materials. applicable to break peeled pineapple,apple, pear, carrots, potatoes and other raw materials , with several advantages as compact structure, energy saving,high production capacity, wide range of applications etc. The machine is made of high quality stainless steel, in line with food hygiene standard, can be used individually or connected in a processing line.

Machine structure:

The machine includes inlet/outlet hopper, the host, the rack, the transmission parts, etc. While working, the motor is driving by a pair of pulleys,so the spindle will rotate in high speed.The spindle is equipped with a number of hammers. Material from the lift fall into the inlet hopper, and will be chopped by high-speed rotating hammer. Due to centrifugal force, broken material particles from the waist of the sieve will fall into the outlet hopper.The broken material particles then can be conveyed to the next process by the matching screw pump .

Main features:

Adopted Italian technology. Multiple sets of cross-blade structure can break the material into small diameter particles to facilitate the following operation. Broken particle size can be adjusted according to customer requirements or specific project requirements. Compared with the traditional squirrel cage crusher, this crusher can raise the juice extraction rate by 2-3%.
