Product Structure
1. This equipment is a series of products, mainly composed of pot body, rack body, stirring, tilting and other parts.
2. The pot body part is welded by the inner and outer pot body. The inner pot body is made of S30408 stainless steel, and the outer pot body is made of S30408 stainless steel. According to the provisions of GB150-1998, it is tailor-welded with full penetration structure.
3. The heating part is composed of 2-5 electric heating pipes, and the oil filling port is installed on the back of the pot body. Pay special attention to the oil filling port must be normally open, and it is not allowed to use ball valves and other accessories to seal, otherwise the consequences will be borne by the buyer.
4. The mixing part is composed of a reducer and an anchor type mixing frame.
5. The tilting part is composed of a worm gear and a bearing seat.

Installation & Debugging

1. When unpacking, check whether the product is consistent with the packing list of the accessories. During the transportation, whether the product and parts are damaged. If there is any loss or damage, please contact our company in time to solve it.
2. The product has been tested for performance before leaving the factory, and the relative positions of all parts have been installed and adjusted. The user generally only checks it and must not disassemble it at will, so as to avoid improper reinstallation and adjustment, which will affect the performance of the product.
3. The equipment needs to be fixed, placed on a flat ground and fixed with expansion bolts.
4. The power supply should be 380V, and the neutral line should be connected to the corresponding position. The main power supply should meet the rated power. The power is printed on the flange of the electric heating tube, and the total power is the total power after adding it; the equipment casing must be good Grounding, so as to avoid leakage accidents.
5. Fill “Great Wall 320# or 330# heat transfer oil” in the equipment interlayer, and the oil level should be 10cm below the oil injection port.
6. After the equipment is connected to the power supply, first confirm the rotation direction of the shearing and mixing motor, and adjust it to forward rotation.
7. Before using the equipment, fill the pot with water and turn on the heating. According to the quality of the heat-conducting oil, it is recommended to increase the temperature gradually to evaporate the water in the heat-conducting oil.
