1.Backsheet
Waterproof external film. The on-line lamination of poly and nonwoven for a cloth-like effect is available.
2. Release Paper
Siliconed film to cover positioning glue. It can be as long as the pad or shorter. Used on wings as well to keep the wings in place.

3. Embossing
Decorating crimping or engraving with two functions:
a) strengthen intimate contact between topsheet and internal layer b) improve shape in use.

4. Acquisition layer
Internal layer for the quick acquisition and distribution of the liquid down along the core. Available in various dimensions and sizes to maximize the efficiency at equal costs.

5. Topsheet
Internal hydrophilic layer in contact with the skin.

6. Main Core
Suitable mixture of cellulose and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to maximize the product performance and to reduce
the costs. Various options available on profiles, types of mixtures

7. Textile Edges
Soft edges to reduce skin rushes. They are applied with some different systems: glue, ultrasonic, crimping.

Secondary core
Capacity reserve for the product central zone. Common on Light Inco products.

Poly pouch
Pouch for single pad package. Two versions available: easy
or single wrap.

Folding
Transversal fold usually in three parts before entering into pouch or bag.
