The drying adopts the left and right air duct design, the 3600 hot air circulation, and the fan wall design on both sides, to ensure that the cart can pass through the upper and lower layers, and there is no dead angle. The middle partition ensures the wind direction, does not cross the wind, the material is heated evenly, and the quality is guaranteed. The drying room is made of polyurethane insulation board, and the six-sided closed box (the bottom plate is also a polyurethane insulation board) can minimize heat loss and save operating costs.
Equipment requirements:
Calculate according to the design for each set of drying 500 kg, put the trolley into the drying room, and design a total of 8 trolleys. The initial moisture content is about 80%, and the moisture content after drying is about 12%.
Equipment selection:
1. Trolley specifications are 1.21 meters in length, 0.87 meters in width, and 1.85 meters in height; the trolley is made of double pallets with 16 layers, and each trolley holds about 100 kg.
2. The specification of the drying room is 6 meters in length, 4 meters in width, 2.2 meters in height, with double doors.
3. The drying equipment selects one 15P integrated air energy heat pump dryer, equipped with 16KW electric auxiliary for auxiliary heating in the early stage.
