Product Description

Machine description:

Company has created the advanced sterilizer with tubular type and tube-in-tube structure.This kind of sterilizer is widely used in liquid sterilizing industry, and the tubular type is used for the natural juice,pulp,puree,milk,sauce and other liquid with good fluidity and the tube-in-tube type sterilizer is specially for the tomato paste and other fruit puree concentrate which has high solids and viscosity with not so good fluidity.

The tube in tube type sterilizer has 4 layers tubular structures, the inner two layers and outside layer will go through with the hot water and middle layer will be running with the product.The product will be heated by the hot water to the setting temp and then hold the product under the temp for few time to completely sterilized the product and then cool down the product by cooling water or chilled water.The sterilizer will be consisting of the product tank,the piston pump,the heat exchanger,the holding and cooling tubes and control system.

Working principle:

u Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heater    exchanger unit.

Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product ,then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water

Before each production shift,sterilize in the place system with aseptic filler together by superheater water.

After each production shift,clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water,alkali liquid and acid liquid
