(III) Process Description
1. Grade selection: In the process of picking and drying raw materials, it is unavoidable that bad dates, fallen leaves, sand and gravel, livestock and other miscellaneous materials will be found, and the wind separator will remove the light and heavy debris such as jujube; Bars are used to select conveyors that can rotate the fruit 360-degrees to facilitate the manual removal of rotten dates. The classifier is used to select suitable grades of jujube for preservation.
2, washing and drying: soaking washing machine cleaning, the main purpose is to stick the fruit on the mud, birds, seeping out of the fruit and other softened, to facilitate the next step brush cleaning machine cleaning; hair brush fruit washing machine, Brush scrubbing and high pressure spraying are used to achieve the final purpose of cleaning. Dryer is used to blow off surface water droplets to save drying time.
3. Drying and Sterilization: After the jujube dried and processed, it is easy to control the drying time and temperature, and because the dried jujube has some adhesion and unqualified products with high temperature, it cannot be packaged directly. It needs to be selected twice in order to play a cooling effect and ensure the qualified rate of the product. The radiation sterilization machine will sterilize the contact surface of the hand to ensure the product quality and prolong the shelf life.
