Processing material: Fresh Avocado.

Basic requirements for raw materials: Impurities:<3%; Water:<15%.
Firstly water washing the fresh avocado ,seperate out the nut and skin to get the pulp ,which samely this nut & skin remover also could grind the pulp to be paste,which could be shorten the oil road,easily be pressed out oil .
Then package (5 ~ 7 kg) in each package fingers to put partition for initial squeezing (40 ~ 50 MPa pressure, temperature 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃), to be pressed, and the residual oil of the cake was 6% ~ 8%.
The crude oil would be filtered for two times ,the first time to remove the sludge ,the second is for mic filter,to remove gums ,so the final oil is pure and cleared .
General according to the market needs to be dehydrated crude oil of lacteal wood fruit, toning and refined after sale.
